Refund policy

We will gladly accept returns** within 30 days from the ship date. Please call or email before sending your return. All items that are returned to us must be in new, unused condition in the original, undamaged packaging with tags. Refunds will be processed back to the original form of payment within 5 business days from our receipt of the item.

IN THE EVENT THAT YOUR RETURN IS NOT RECEIVED BY THE 30 DAY MARK there will be a 5% restocking fee deducted from the return credit.

Shipping Fees CANNOT be refunded.

CLOSEOUT Items are FINAL SALE. Please make sure you select the right size.

Any item with engraved plates attached (halter plate, bridle plate, etc.) is NOT RETURNABLE. ALL PERSONALIZED SALES ARE FINAL. Items with plates attached are not returnable. Plates are not returnable. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU DOUBLE CHECK YOUR SPELLING WHEN ORDERING PLATES. 

Any item returned that was shipped for free will be credited back less actual shipping costs. 

We do not provide return shipping back to us. We do require that you purchase insurance so your package is protected in case it is lost in transit. Please send a tracking number to us when you have it, as well.

If an item is missing, damaged, or defective, please call RIGHT AWAY (860) 678-1913 to speak with us. Please hold on to the original packaging in the event of a damage in shipping!
